Below you can read how we process your data, where we store it (or have it stored), which security techniques we use, and who has access to the data.
Our website is developed with software from WordPress, and we have chosen TransIP for our web hosting. Personal data that you provide to us for our services is shared with this party. TransIP has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, and they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have concluded with them, TransIP is obliged to take appropriate security measures. These security measures include the use of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent data loss.
We use web hosting and email services from TransIP. TransIP processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This metadata does not include personal data. TransIP has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Based on the agreement, TransIP is obliged to confidentiality.
We only use your data for our services. This means that the purpose of processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us, and we use this data to contact you later – other than at your request – we will explicitly ask for your permission. Your data will not be shared with third parties, except to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all obliged to confidentiality under the agreement between them and us, or an oath or legal obligation.
Data that is automatically collected by our website is processed to further improve our services. This data (such as your IP address, web browser, and operating system) is not personal data.
Cooperation with tax and criminal investigations
In certain cases, Trustforce B.V. may be required by law to share your data in connection with fiscal or criminal investigations by government agencies. In such cases, we are obliged to share your data, but we will oppose this within the legal possibilities.
We retain your data for 26 months. This means that we keep your profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you inform us, we will also consider this a request for forgetting. According to applicable administrative obligations, we are required to keep your (personal) data, so we will keep this data for as long as the applicable period runs. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have created based on your assignment.
Under applicable Dutch and European legislation, you, as a data subject, have certain rights regarding the personal data processed by or on behalf of us. We explain below what these rights are and how you can invoke them.
